family sessions to support the wright family adoption
Exciting news for all my southern friends - for the first time, I am offering mini sessions in my home state of North Carolina - wahoo! And these sessions will not only be dear as I get to capture photos for friends usually far away, but also because these sessions will support our good friends, the Wrights!
Laney and Graham are college friends of both Mike and I, and it’s pretty simple, we love them. Although we live too many miles away, we always make sure to see each other and every time we leave, we think about how grateful we are to have such funny (seriously, both of them are hilarious), kind, thoughtful, goofy, genuine friends still in our life.
And while their family has not escaped the hardships of 2020 they have found joy in the hope of adoption. As we chatted about their adoption process, I wanted to do what I could to help support them as they look to bring home a lucky little one.
I am offering a handful of mini sessions while we are home for the holidays in December and all funds will be donated directly to the Wright’s upcoming adoption!

* Priced for groups up to 4 people, please contact me for groups larger than 4. This is a minimum donation request, you are welcome to donate beyond this requested amount if you would like.
To reserve a session, please fill out this contact form. Be sure to include the number of people in your group and at least two session dates/times from the list below that work for you. Sessions will only be booked during the times listed and are first come, first served.

How can I be sure safety during this session with COVID?
I will be flying in for the holidays and am going to take all the precautions necessary upon my arrival - mask wearing, social distancing, hand washing (duh), and testing to ensure safety for myself and my family. The best news is I can safely photograph you and your family at more than six feet away thanks to my lens selections. Plus, we will be photographing outdoors to ensure maximum safety in open air.
What happens if there are any weather related issues?
Let’s hope we don’t have to reschedule, because holidays. If it looks like there might be rain or winter weather in the forecast, I will be sure to contact you ahead of time, at least an hour before our planned session. There will be back up dates available the following week that will be determined closer to the time frame. If anything shifts regarding COVID, I will be back in NC in 2021 or will find a photographer to capture your family.
How will I pay for my session?
To book the session you will need to pay in full via Venmo, which I will send you in a confirmation email.
When should I receive my images?
You will receive the gallery of images within two weeks of your session date.
